A blonde roast of Arabica beans from the rich, lush, fertile lands of Ethiopia blended with beans from Brazil and India. This light roast coffee makes a beautiful espresso, malty with milk. Sweet. Complex. Smooth.

This coffee is a blend of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Ethiopia and India. The high quality coffee from Brazil has come from a group of smallholder producers in the Mogiana coffee-growing region. The area where this Ethiopian coffee comes from is lush with vegetation and fertile farming land, perfect for growing these amazing beans. Then finally we have added Indian coffee beans to bring the smooth creamy body. These 3 coffees work so well together, bringing lots of different elements to this fantastic complex coffee.

To experience these beans at their absolute best, grind as and when you need them, altering the grind to suit the brewing method. Espresso - fine, Mokapot or aeropress - fine to medium, Chemex - medium grind, Filter - medium to coarse, Cafetiere - coarse.
