This beautiful blend combines all the best qualities from 4 renowned coffee producing countries. Colombia, Costa Rica & Brazil adding some interest and balance to these beans predominantly sourced from Kenya's Rift Valley where the Rich red volcanic soil helps produce quality coffees and where the volcanic plains help create the terrain
of the valley.
All our Kenyan coffees are graded at AA, this means they are of a superior standard and have more complex flavours. We source our coffee from the auction system which was established back in 1934. Here they grade the coffee by cup quality and bean size.
To experience this coffee at its absolute best, we recommend using one heaped dessertspoon per cup. You can experiment with this by playing with the dosage of water and coffee to suit your taste for each different blend or origin and brewing method. You can brew with filter, chemex and V60. For cafetiere add fresh water just off the boil and allow the flavour to develop for 3-4 minutes.
