The most popular decaffeinated coffee in the UK is processed using the MC Decaf - Methylene Chloride method and this is the process we use for this coffee as it is effective both in terms of flavour and cost. The coffee is grown, harvested and processed at origin, exactly how any other coffee would be, then shipped to a decaffeination plant in Germany. Our decaf coffee is 100% Arabica beans, from Central and South America.
To experience this coffee at its absolute best, grind finely and use 8g-10g for each shot of espresso. We have roasted this blend slightly darker, perfect for making espresso drinks.
